Chelsea boss Antonio Conte led his side to four consecutive wins in October

Chelsea have claimed an awards double after Antonio Conte was named Premier League Manager of the Month for October and Eden Hazard Player of the Month.

Conte led his side to victory in all four matches they played in the month, as they scored 11 goals and conceded none.
